The Rhinogtae Knife Gate Valve range offers slurry valves and conventional knife gate valves for all applications.

These can be offered in Flanged lugged type knife gate valves, or wafer style knife gate valves, either Uni -Directional or Bi- Directional knife gate valves. Various popular applications like Mineral Processing, mine slurry, mine tailings, pulp and paper, and high consistency slurry applications in filtration and flotation are often used. Metal seated knife gate valves and Resilient seated knife gate valves are both available from Rhinogate, with zero leakage performance. The enclosed body style and the Push Through style designs are offered depending on the application.

We offer easy maintenance seats for the valves, that can be field replaceable and only require basic tools to change over. These valves are designed for severe service with high pressure and high temperature options. We have embraced the cutting edge in valve design and technology, and traditional problems like “stop gland leaking problems” are factored into the design of our valves.

The Rhinogate knife gate valve range can be manually operated, pneumatic actuator, hydraulic or electric, with both rising stem and non-rising stem options.
